INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please ensure that the shipping address is correct at checkout. INKSPPLLOIDE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please contact INKSPPLLOIDE within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. INKSPPLLOIDE will work with you to resolve the issue.
INKSPPLLOIDE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
